A reader wrote in the other day saying, "I'll only donate if I think you're going out of business." Therein lies the problem clearly stated, no?
Hauling that out and throwing it on the table is crass, but the really frightening thing is that many of our donors actually function with that mindset.
That’s the Dire Road. Don’t go down it.
