Thank You From an Out of Work Journalist
Dear RSN: I just made a modest contribution, because I believe in what you're doing. I would love to do more, but I am one of the thousands of journalists who lost their jobs in the last decade, and I have tried mightily and not found a way to make a sustainable living since. We are in the same boat - so I understand your struggle. In addition, I am 60+ and nobody's hiring in my age category unless I want to be a Walmart greeter. So thank you for your work. I truly appreciate it.
