A MESSAGE FROM THE EDITOR

U.S. Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh told Fox News on Monday night that all he wants is a “fair process” when he testifies before the Senate Judiciary Committee on Thursday. “I’m not going anywhere,” Kavanaugh said in an interview with host Martha MacCallum, who asked him whether he considered withdrawing from the nomination because of sexual misconduct allegations. Tony Mauro and Marcia Coyle report. And nearly 2,000 women lawyers joined in a letter supporting Dr. Christine Blasey Ford as she also prepares to testify Thursday before the committee.
