A MESSAGE FROM THE EDITOR In our top story, President Donald Trump said Wednesday that he expects the U.S. Supreme Court to act in his favor on upcoming litigation to end the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program, a move he anticipates will help him negotiate with Democrats over funding a border wall.
